I found the staff friendly and helpful. They provided assistance with holiday luggage labels. the breakfast had much choice, and a wide variety were available. the air conditioning in the room worked perfect, providing an ideal temperature. i found complimentary drinks in the room fridge to be a pleasant surprise.

the hotel do not have lift access, which might pose problem for peoples with limited mobility or heavy luggages.

the classic double room i stayed in features a comfortable bed. it was well equipped with amenities. the air conditioning worked well, allowing to adjust the room temperature.

The room included good tea and coffee facilities. The big TV was in the right position and easy to view from the bed. Showers were easy to use and clean. The mattress was firm and provided good support.

The sink in the bathroom was quite small. There was no phone available in the room to call reception when needed. I also noticed an absence of an ironing board or iron.

the staff were friendly. I appreciated the convenient parking at the rear. the breakfast buffet had a good range of choices. a central location made exploring easy.

the room was shabby. worn carpets and ill-fitting curtains detracted from the experience. the water temperature control was missing a plastic cap. there was no lift, WHICH might be an issue for some guests.
